The Falmouth Service Center, Falmouth’s Community Food Pantry, is working towards becoming more energy efficient in order to better reach out to those in need. A central component of that includes generating clean, renewable, and local energy right on-site. The center is installing a 4.32 kW photovoltaic system, which will save thousands of dollars in energy costs. These savings will be used to provide food, clothing, housing, medical, and transportation assistance to families in need.
