Jonathan Piers is the Regional PV Manager for My Generation Energy, Inc’s Western Region.
Following completion of a Master of Science in the Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University in 1990, Jonathan joined the United States Customs Service as in Inspector. With calls of Duty in the Ports of New Haven, CT and Boston, MA his primary duty was the interdiction of illicit narcotics as a member of the “Contraband Enforcement Team” (CET).
After moving to Cape Cod, Jonathan decided to leave Government Service for a career in the lumber industry. Since moving his family to the Cape in early 2000, he has worked as an outside sales representative for two of the Cape’s leading lumber companies. Concentrating on windows and doors, he managed the Andersen window and door product lines for both of these companies. He also developed and managed their Installed Sales Departments. In this capacity, Jonathan worked directly with home owners providing them appropriate window and door solutions to make their homes more energy efficient. In 2009 he obtained his Supervisory Construction License (CSSL-WS) and his Home Improvement Contractor License.
Jonathan has taken his experience and knowledge of the construction industry to My Generation Energy, Inc. He looks forward to providing renewable energy solutions using effective solar systems to My Generation Energy clients.
Jonathan and his wife currently reside in Sandwich, MA raising their two boys and enjoying the Cape Cod Beaches. While traveling in Sandwich, you may see Jonathan on a long run. An avid runner since high school, he competes in many road races on the Cape and throughout New England each year.
