Accompanied by the graceful morning backdrop of Provincetown Harbor, citizens and representatives from the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies, the Provincetown Business Guild, as well as My Generation Energy worked to make the stunning landscape just a little bit cleaner. Kindly ferried across to Long Point Light by recent selectman John Santos from MacMillan Pier, the group worked to remove remnants of tidal debris on the point. A number of treasures were removed and recorded with the guidance of the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies staff and the support of the Provincetown DPW. In helping to conserve the beauty of the beaches that attract residents and visitors alike to this seaside destination it was no doubt a fulfilling day for the volunteers and a day that My Generation Energy was glad to be a part of.
