Chatham, Falmouth, Sandwich Solar Update – 7/13/13

From Upper Cape to Lower Cape, there are well over 15,000 solar panels installed by My Generation Energy, dotting the landscapes and roofs of Cape Cod & the Islands.  That’s over 16 miles of solar panels stacked end to end, enough to completely line both sides of the Cape Cod Canal.

With so many solar panels already installed and more being installed all the time, we thought it would be nice to periodically showcase a handful of local towns.  Below you’ll see a solar update for Falmouth and Chatham.

Chatham Solar Update

Powering Chatham with Solar – My Generation Energy clients in this Outer Cape town have produced the equivalent of enough energy to run about 80,000 loads of laundry in a washing machine, impressively clean.

Falmouth Solar Update

Doing Well By Doing Good in Falmouth – Non-profits such as the Falmouth Service Center and the Marine Biological Laboratory in Falmouth are capturing significant savings from solar. Putting clean energy to use to lower their operating costs and provide more resources to fulfill their missions.

Sandwich Solar Update

Solar in Sandwich Grows – A town known for the beautiful Heritage Museum and Gardens is also a town expanding the use of green energy such as solar. Residential clients of My Generation Energy in Sandwich have now generated the environmental equivalent of 320 tree seedlings grown for 10 years. A very nice start plus there are a lot of sunny days ahead.
