My Generation Energy’s Andrew Herwig, designed and constructed a model solar garden array. This 240 panel solar garden was installed today and will power Bob Feitlowicz’s HO gauge model railroad. HO gauge is 1/87th scale of a real life railroad. Bob is a member of the Nauset Model Railroad Club in Orleans Massachusetts. With hopes for future projects like this, My Generation Energy views Bob’s model railroad as an excellent way to get the community informed about solar energy. Bob has already invited numerous friends and fellow model train enthusiasts from all over the Cape and South Shore to come view the only model train set in the world (we think?) with a PV solar garden. It is truly an exciting time for solar energy!
