Armed with site plans, a mallet, and stakes; My Generation Energy, Inc. took a significant step towards fulfilling its vision of creating the first community solar garden® project. The landscape shown is the future home of the Brewster Community Solar Garden® project. Stakes were driven into the sandy soil to mark the perimeter of the proposed project. The nearly fifteen hundred solar panels will soon be harvesting the Sun’s rays and providing clean energy to the Brewster community.
My Generation Energy’s Operations Manager, Mike Thonus commented: “It is an impressive project that will benefit many families and businesses in Brewster. I think it is a great added bonus to be producing clean and emission-free electricity.”
